Looking back..

My Grandfather, Vincent Bellanti passed away February 9, 2009. His fight with Melanoma cancer was over, chalk one more up for the horrible disease.

As you may or may not know, my father lost a similar battle as Melanoma claimed his life Aug, 1999.

Watching them both suffer through this horrible disease has been one of the most tormenting moments in my life. To watch two very active, healthy men wither away to nothingness is something that will always be with me.

HOwever they would not me to sit around an weep for th em, they would whare my knowledgeant me to go on. Live my life and share my knowledge of this with others. So to celebrate the life of my Grandfather, I have created this video.

Vinnie was everyone's friend. He loved his family & wouldn't miss a family event if he could help it. He was 100% Italian & proud of it. When he got upset you knew it too. You could see his Italian blood boil in his veins. He wasn't afraid to share is opinion either, whether you wanted it or not. Yet, when it ccame down to it he was just a great big teddy bear. Only here to love & protect his family.

While I could go on & on as the tears roll down my face, I think it's best for you to just witness this wonderful man who is & will always be greatly missed.

I love you grandpa, thank you for all you gave me - the lessons, the memories, the advice, the shoulder to cry on & the eternal love. This are things that I never can repay.
